If you would like to register and pay by check, please contact us – please note that we cannot accept checks after April 15, 2014. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.

You may cancel your registration by notifying the registration concierge. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations greater than 60 days prior to the event (March 7, 2014 or prior); 50% of registration fee will be charged for cancellations received between 60 days and 30 days prior to the event (March 7, 2014 through April 6, 2014); and registration fees for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event (April 6, 2014 or later) are fully non-refundable. For cancellations April 6, 2014 or later, 100% of the cancellation fee may be applied toward the registration fee for the next conference. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.

The 16th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition is open to automotive professionals 18 years and over only. Management will request a business card and/or photo ID prior to admission.
Dealer Communications reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
Dealer Communications reserves the right to use photographs and video images of any 16th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition attendee in promotional materials.
Dealer Communications assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers or for the safety of any 16th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
The 16th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center, Atlantic City, NJ.
A block of rooms at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City has been reserved at a negotiated rate of $75/night plus tax and resort fee.
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive information on how to proceed with your hotel room reservations.

The Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition is organized by the producers of Dealer and Digital Dealer® print magazines, eZines and websites, the information resource that dealers trust to deliver decision-informing news and thought-provoking analysis. In addition, the staff of Dealer Communications consults with a wide variety of automotive industry leaders to create relevant and actionable content for each and every Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition event.
Sessions may be audio recorded for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may not be videoed without special permission.
As a general guide, non-contiguous audio and video clips of three minutes or less should be shared frequently online, making your friends at home as jealous as possible.
