The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks. A credit card payment is required to complete your registration online. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an invoice/receipt via email.

If you would like to register and pay by check, please contact us – please note that returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.

The 17th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition is open to automotive professionals 18 years and over only. Management will request a business card and/or photo ID prior to admission.

Dealer Communications reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

Dealer Communications reserves the right to use photographs and video images of any 17th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition attendee in promotional materials.

Dealer Communications assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers or for the safety of any 17th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.

Once you have registered for Digital Dealer, you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to book rooms at our negotiated rate of $159+/night. Digital Dealer attendees are welcome to stay the rest of the week, as the discounted rate is available through October 1st.
Only one discount code can be honored, and only the first discount code used can be honored. Please note that discount codes are only good on NEW REGISTRATIONS. Discount codes cannot be applied to a registration that has already been processed.
Registration will be open online until Friday, September 19, 2014. We recommend you register early to secure the best possible rate for your conference registration, hotel accommodations and travel arrangements. The conference hotel fills up quickly so please book your rooms now! You may also register onsite for an additional fee.

You may cancel your registration by notifying the registration concierge. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations greater than 60 days prior to the event (July 25, 2014 or prior); 50% of registration fee will be charged for cancellations received between 60 days and 30 days prior to the event (July 25, 2014 through August 24, 2014); and registration fees for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event (August 24, 2014 or later) are fully non-refundable. For cancellations August 24, 2014 or later, 100% of the cancellation fee may be applied toward the registration fee for the next conference. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.
