How do I register?
Registration for dealers and managers is open starting January 18, 2013.
Exhibitors and Allied Industry attendees may register beginning February 4, 2013.
What is included with registration?
When is the last day to register for the conference?
Registration will be open until the conference ends on Thursday May 9, 2013. We recommend you register early to secure the best possible rate for your conference registration, hotel accommodations and travel arrangements. The conference hotel fills up quickly so please book your rooms now!
What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?
The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks. A credit card payment is required to complete your registration online. If you would like to register and pay by check, please contact Director of Event Marketing Andy Tompkins at 949-278-6712 or atompkins@dealer-communications.com – please note that we cannot accept checks after April 12, 2013. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration by notifying Director of Event Marketing Andy Tompkins at 949-278-6712 or atompkins@dealer-communications.com. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for cancellations greater than 60 days prior to the event (March 7, 2013 or prior); 50% of registration fee will be charged for cancellations received between 60 days and 30 days prior to the event (March 8, 2013 through April 7, 2013); and registration fees for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event (April 8, 2013 or later) are fully non-refundable. For cancellations April 8, 2013 or later, 100% of the cancellation fee may be applied toward the registration fee for the next conference. Returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee.

Can you send an invoice for my registration?

May more than one person from my company attend?
Absolutely! Bring as many colleagues as you’d like! In fact, many dealerships are bringing multiple management personnel with responsibility throughout the store. They tell us that there’s so much content offered they can no longer rely on one or two people to absorb it all.
I’ve registered but now realize I’m unable to attend. May I transfer my registration?
You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying Director of Event Marketing Andy Tompkins at 949-278-6712 or atompkins@dealer-
communications.com. Please note, reselling Digital Dealer® Conference registrations is not permitted.

What is the cost of a hotel room?
A block of rooms has been reserved at a negotiated discounted rate. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel room reservations will be available once your registration to the conference has been secured. Upon receipt of registration, you will receive information about booking your hotel room(s). Also see the registration and hotel/travel pages for more information.

What are the terms and conditions?
The 14th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition is open to automotive professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
Dealer Communications reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
Dealer Communications reserves the right to use photographs of any 14th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition attendee in promotional materials.
Dealer Communications assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers or for the safety of any 14th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
