TERMS & CONDITIONS
The 18th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition is open to automotive professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.

Dealer Communications reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

Dealer Communications reserves the right to use photographs of any 18th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition attendee in promotional materials.

Dealer Communications assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers or for the safety of any 18th Digital Dealer® Conference & Exposition participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.

PRIVACY POLICY
This policy (the “Privacy Policy”) tells you how Horizon Communications, Inc. of 8870 Darrow Road, Suite F106 PMB 305, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 (the “Company”) collects information from you, how we protect it and how we use it, and covers all personal information which you provide when you use the Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition website (the “Site”) and also controls information provided by you when dealing with any one of the Company’s exhibitors and sponsors.

This Privacy Policy also covers any other personal information which you may provide when interacting with our Site (whether or not you are registered), including data when you make a purchase or register for one of our events. We refer to this type of information as transactional data.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, records and uses information about you. By using the Site or by clicking the “Register” button or other relevant button during your registration, you signify your consent that we store and process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will collect personally identifiable information from you in a variety of ways including when you register for an event, navigate around our Site, and respond to communications from us.  To register on the Site we require that you submit personal data.

This information may be used for marketing and for market research purposes, including internal demographic studies, to provide, optimize and personalize our services, to inform you if you have won a prize, and to send you newsletters and information about other exciting events.

We may use information about you to create a picture of your interests. This will allow us to understand our customers and visitors better, so we can make our services and marketing more relevant. Information that we use in this way may include: (i) information about your use of this Site; (ii) your responses to communications from us; (iii) your interaction with other parts of Dealer Communications; (iv) information you provide when you register on the Site; (v) customer surveys; and (vi) transactional data. • If we are in agreement to provide event attendee information to exhibitors and sponsors of the Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition in accordance with the terms of their agreement with the Company;

• If we employ another organization to perform tasks on our behalf – such as delivering goods or services to you. In this case, the organizations may only use your information to fulfill this specific task;

• If we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary for legal proceedings. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that applicable law or regulation requires it or to protect the safety or security of users of our Site; and

• If we use third party processors to administer and process your personal information for the purposes notified in the Privacy Policy, e.g. for hosting activities related to the use of our Site or services. We may also share details with third parties (such as auditors or legal advisors) to obtain advice. Cookies, web beacons and other technical methods may involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to another party authorized by us to collect information on our behalf. Also, you may get cookies (including “Flash cookies”) from our advertisers and sponsors. We do not control these cookies, and once you have clicked on the advertisement and left our Site our Privacy Policy no longer applies.

By using our Site, you agree that we may collect your IP address or other unique identifier. At times, we may use these identifiers to collect information regarding how often our guests visit various parts of our Site. We suggest using your own discretion when evaluating products and services presented in Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition events and material.
